Train
Great Western Railway run regular direct trains between London Paddington and Cornwall. Alight at St Erth and join the branch line through to St Ives. The Night Riviera sleeper service (operated by Great Western Railway) also provides overnight travel to/from London. If travelling from the North or Midlands services, there are a couple of direct trains to St Erth (operated by CrossCountry Trains).

Coach
National Express operate a long distance scheduled coach service to St Ives.
Plane
Newquay Airport, approximately 45 minutes drive from St Ives, can be reached on direct flights from various airports in the UK and mainland Europe. Schedules and destinations will be changing as Covid regulations continue to be eased. Exeter airport is two hours drive from St Ives and Bristol Airport is three hours away.
Bus
There are regular bus services from most destinations in West Cornwall to St Ives. Bus services 14, 17, 16 all arrive in St Ives. From Penzance take No 17, Truro No 14 and Hayle no 14.
Car
Leave the M5 motorway souts of Junction 31 at Exeter and join the A30. The journey to St Ives will take approximately two hours. Continue on the A30 bypassing Hayle, take the second exit at the next roundabout and go straight on at the first mini-roundabout following the signposts.

You can use the Park and Ride facilities at St Erth Train station.
